# The Story

**CatDoge was created by a group of crypto enthusiast friends, all of whom experienced traumatic losses. Rugs, scams, liars, frauds, con-men, all of it exceptionally prevalent in the wild west of the digital world.**\
\
After experiencing enough of these instances, and recognizing the degradation of trust in the crypto space as a whole, it became very clear what to do next. It was time to take control and be the change we wished to see in the world of crypto. Thus began the goal to make one of the most transparent, trusted, and rewarding projects for those like themselves, who seek refuge from the maliciousness of the space.\
\
This has been the opportunity of a lifetime to put our creative minds together in order to bring this meme to life, and bring value to people in both a personal and profitable way. After proving ourselves as a transparent and dedicated team on BSC over the course of four months, and focused on creating long term success, we decided to reimagine our journey at CatDoge and move to Ethereum!
